- Done-with-you implementation support3. Strategy Sessions and Engagements
Discovery Calls- Initial strategy calls serve as exploratory conversations to determine fit
- These sessions do not include comprehensive audit deliverables or detailed action plans
- The purpose is to understand your business model and explain our approachPaid Engagements- Comprehensive services require execution of a formal agreement and payment
- Project scope, deliverables, and timelines will be documented prior to commencement4. Fees and Payment- Specific payment structures will be outlined in your individual service agreement
- Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed document, all payments are final and non-refundable
- Services may be paused if payments become overdue5. Business Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your business operations, sales data, and proprietary information. Details disclosed during our engagement remain private and will not be shared externally without your written authorization.6. Your Commitments

All frameworks, training content, systems, and methodologies created or provided by SalesLever are our exclusive property. You're granted permission to use these materials within your own business operations but cannot resell, license, or distribute them to others.9. Liability Limitations
SalesLever's maximum liability is capped at the total fees paid for the services in question. We cannot be held responsible for indirect losses, consequential damages, lost profits, or punitive damages of any kind.10. Service Termination
Either party has the right to end the engagement with advance written notification. Ending the relationship early does not cancel payment obligations for work already completed.11. No Show Policy- Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours advance notice
- No-shows without proper notice may incur rescheduling fees
- Chronic missed appointments may lead to service termination12. How We Communicate- Our primary channels are email and pre-scheduled video calls
- We're not liable for communications that end up in spam folders or are affected by technical delivery issues
- Please whitelist our email domain to ensure reliable message delivery13. Terms Updates
